Pre-Orders

Many factors can affect when our fruits will be ready for harvest. Keeping this in mind, pre-order release dates are just guestimates and will most-likely change.  We appreciate your patience, and we will keep you informed of any date changes as the season progresses.

Shipping & Handling

At Lyons Farms, our tropical fruits are harvested to order. All orders are picked, packed and shipped same day.

We ship only Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure your perishable package is delivered before the weekend. Orders for the week must be placed no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday will be processed for the following week, unless notified otherwise.

Before placing your order, please verify your billing and shipping information are correct. Incorrect information may delay the processing of your order and may result in incorrect or increased shipping charges.

Lyons Farms uses FedEx for all deliveries, unless notified otherwise, and must be provided a physical street address for all shipments. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Restrictions

According to California and Arizona agricultural laws, we are not allowed to ship tropical fruits to addresses within those states.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Lyons Farms cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns & Refunds

At Lyons Farms, we are certain you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We take great pride in the quality, personal care, and hand packing of all our tropical fruits. If, nonetheless, there is ever a time your order does not fully meet your expectations, we want to know. Please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will simply issue you a replacement, refund or credit. We promise to handle your request both promptly and courteously. Because of the perishable nature of our products, returns are not always necessary, however, you may be asked to submit proof of product condition through digital photograph.

Shipping is non-refundable. Items purchased originally with Free-Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted.

We make every effort to guarantee your total satisfaction. On the rare occasion that a product is out of stock, be assured that you or your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
